The customary fee for the initial consultation for therapy is $200.00 and $150.00 for each follow-up appointment. The initial consultation is 60 minutes, while follow up sessions are 45 minutes. All applicable fees must be paid at the time of service. Please contact the office for information on fees for legal cases. I am currently accepting select insurance payments. A detailed invoice will be provided once the testing services are completed and payment has been received. It is advisable for you to contact your insurance company directly to obtain a detailed explanation of your benefits and procedures for submitting claims related to evaluations, including any authorizations required prior to testing.
Please note there are additional fees for services not covered by insurance companies such as extended phone calls exceeding 10 minutes, telephone or Skype therapy sessions, lengthy emails, review of medical records, preparation of letters, and in legal cases, preparation and travel. Payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
